Alice wanders the forests and countryside of Wonderland, lost and alone. However, in her loneliness she comes upon The Cheshire, the infamous resident of the Wonderland who only reveals himself on rare occasions. After making an impression on him, he tells her of a secret party to which she’s invited. She also hears the story of Waldorff and the Carpenter, a tale of lust and betrayal.
